Най-много награди от тази категория имат [[Франк Синатра]], [[Стиви Уондър]] и [[Пол Саймън]] — – по три. [[Пол Маккартни]] е начело по брой на номинациите - – общо девет: пет като член на [[The Beatles]], три за соло албуми и една като член на [[Уингс]]. Франк Синатра има осем номинации, седем за солови албуми и един в дует. Пол Маккартни и Пол Саймън са единствените с номинации във всяко едно десетилетие от 60-те до 2000 г.
 
Само двама души са получили наградата „Албум на годината“ в две последователни години: Франк Синатра през 1966 и 1967 и Стиви Уондър през 1974 and 1975. Стиви Уондър печели и най.много награди в продължение на едно десетилетие - – три през 70-те години.
