I also fed some info on the vandal edits to PSS 9 to better recognize them. As for the rights, it's mostly again for PSS 9 to not bother you—still haven't implemented checks for global rights, so the bot is known for sometimes blocking boldly even stewards who—in the eyes of the bot—revert vandalism too eagerly and thus seem engaged in a deplorable edit warring.
